New chains usually arrive with diagrams, benchmarks and serious people saying serious things. FAT RAT WIF HAT arrives with wings, questionable outfits and a piece of cheese just out of reach.
It is a collection of 1,111 character artworks landing on Arc from its first day: 1,101 rats from the wider flock and 10 one-of-one oddities. Every rat is built to work as a profile picture and feel like the first frame of a story.

02 / WHY ARC
Culture should arrive with the infrastructure.
Arc public mainnet goes live on September 16, 2026. USDC is the network gas token, so the first transaction already feels different. OpenSea has announced Arc support from day one, giving the collection a familiar home once the contract is live.
That first day matters. A network becomes more than infrastructure when people give it images, characters and jokes of its own. We want a fat rat in a hat to be one of the first strange things people remember seeing there.

Internet debris, assembled into characters.
The collection borrows from the internet we actually live in: meme animals, old games, cursed objects, bad fashion, tiny flexes and late-night screenshots. Wings turn a sewer rat into an unlikely hero. A hat gives it confidence it has not earned.
The point is not to explain every reference. Find the rat that looks like it has your job, your sleep schedule or your worst idea. Name it. Give it lore. Let it escape the gallery and live in the timeline.

Every rat needs something to chase.
$CHEESE is the shared obsession of this world and the name reserved for a planned community token. It is not live today. Contract, supply, holder allocation and claim details will be published before any distribution. Until then, cheese is culture.
